LEDucation 7 – The Lighting Industry’s Premier Event
Today, March 20th, members of the Light Positive team and over 2,500 other members of the lighting design, architectural and engineering communities gathered in New York City for LEDucation 7, an annual lighting education and expo event on LED technology. Hosted by Designers Lighting Forum of New York, the event has become one of the lighting industry’s most popular events.
According to SustainableIndustries.com, LEDucation is the largest single day exhibition and educational event dedicated solely to the ever-evolving LED market. LEDucation has firmly established itself as one of the premier lighting events with a special focus on solid-state lighting and education, bringing together tech experts, specifiers, educators, contractors, students and manufacturers together to learn about the latest developments in LED technology.

The Designers Lighting Forum of New York is committed to exploring and presenting the power of lighting in design. Founded in 1934, the Designers Lighting Forum is a not-for-profit organization, led by a volunteer Board of Managers and sustained by member dues and the generous support of our corporate sponsors. They enthusiastically provide designers, architects, manufacturers and their representatives, contractors, educators, and students the opportunity to meet and experience the wonder of lighting in New York City and beyond. The DLFNY also supports formal lighting education through contributions to local universities and design schools, as well as national funds.
